Pues creo que no. El pledge manager se cerró hace tiempo. A ver si alguien me lo puede confirmar, que llevo tantos a la vez que ya no se cuales se han cerrado y cuales no.

Ships, Dice, Shipment Dates, Next Game Launch....
The plastic ships are coming along.  Here are the images of the latest edition of the Pirate Sloop.
Those asking about the dice--here is an image of them at about 95% complete.  They will be a bit smaller--the Initiative die will have red to mark those rolls that are "Hits".

All eyes are now on the plastic ships.  That is really the only delay. 

Assuming we can have them delivered to the main factory by late October, I expect a ship from China around middle November, early December.

With the holidays, that could mean up to 8 weeks before you see the game in your hands.  At this time, it's best to plan on an early February 2018 delivery.

For those that just want to get the game in their hands sooner, (before Christmas holiday) I am willing to consider shipping directly from China to your address.  This, of course, would incur additional costs but could be an option for those that just do not want to wait any longer to get the game in their hands.

Ponía octubre en su mensaje, y todos sabíamos que no íbamos a tener el juego en octubre por cierto...

Hace unas cuantas actualizaciones colgaron las reglas en inglés, ¿alguien ha leído algo sobre las traducciones?

Se han publicado un borrador de reglas en alemán. Al menos sabemos que las traducciones, aunque lentas, van en camino.

Han dicho que las traducciones para mediados de abril.

Han llegado los juegos a los primeros mecenas en Asia y debe haber algún problema con los barcos de plástico :-(

Juer, me toca siempre la china... 

Por lo que yo he entendido, a los backers asiaticos les han llegado barcos endebles que se rompen los mastiles. Han hecho otro pedido con barcos mejores y a los europeos supuestamente nos mandaran los buenos con el juego

I absolutely appreciate the patience and loyalty in the delivery process.  If you are following comments from our Asia backers, you'll note some are not happy with the Treasure Fleet plastic minis. 

Those minis, I dropped the campaign stretch goal to provide to you, even though we never really made the initial funding goal.

And?

We had several black swan events (unforeseen circumstances from a graphic designer fighting cancer to sub-par miniatures delivered to Asia backers--as you may be aware) it has been quite a ride.  I want to spend this time telling you what's on my mind. 

Bottom Line.  What will never change is my transparency to you and the game.  I believe we can only get to a shared reality when folks are honest and forthright. 

You took a risk on me when you pledged.  Thank you.  I take that very, very seriously to deliver you a  unique product that strives for 3 things: good, fast, and cheap. 

It is super hard to give you all 3 but that's always been my goal.

Hence, I removed any profit margins from the game when transferring the ships miniatures to a separate company.  I accepted that risk.  That removed the "fast," but kept "cheap" and "good" at play for you, the backer. 

That company I hired to fix the plastic ships did a good job but I think the Treasure Fleet ships (the yellow ones) are still a bit too delicate for board gamer standards...hence not so good to some. 

It's really never been about striking it rich in the board game industry as most of you know   It was a journey to deliver you a Pirate experience for gamers in a space that did not exist.  I truly believe we've done that--provided you with the total Pirate experience.

Hence, I'm not ever after your affirmation or "that a boy Tom/Green Feet Games", just your belief we've made a great game in a space that's asked for it for a long time.  If I missed that mark, let me know.

I've asked the manufacturer designing the Treasure Fleet ships to get after a better model.  As we speak, they are sending out an updated ship to the distribution hubs across the globe.

So what?

If you believe the Treasure Fleet miniature (yellow one and most complex) was off the mark, well then, we'll do our best to send you new ones or make it up to you in the Africa expansion. 

For many, we'll just include the updated miniatures with your game after the hubs inspect them.

I think it's minor overall as compared to the other components of the game; nonetheless, you vote with your feet and I'll do everything in my power to provide you quality.
