Hola, buenas.
I'm opening a complaint with Kickstarter over Norbaminiatures misleading product quality and their blatant disregard for their backers. I encourage everyone else who is dissatisfied with this project to do the same. I have been trying to get satisfactory resolution since November 22, 2017, but I have not received further response other than to tell me I basically received what I got.I find it interesting that Norba had us pull all custoner enquiries and complaints outside of the kickstarter platform. I believe they did this intentionally to hide it from Kickstarter and more easily dismiss the issues of their product. I received an incredibly arrogant and dismissive email correspondence from these guys where I simply asked them for replacements of the five most miscast, airbubbled, incomplete mold fill pieces where they basically told me not to buy any more of their product if I don't like it. The pieces were fairly simple, and not complete models:1) The knight's sword (tip did not cast) 2) The well roof (~ 25% miscast) 3) 2x gryphon sphinx (both missing beaks) 4) Statue (fingers and face did not fully cast)I planned on just dealing with sanding down the unlevel terrain bases and filling the other air bubbles and warped pieces myself. These guys do not deserve backer support for any future projects. The community should not be subjected to this level of poor product quality control or poor campaign backer care.Again, if you feel similarly treated, please address the issue. We should not accept this type of treatment.
