Quizás puedas pedir una copia por e-mail o incluso en el pledge manager poner dirección de facturación y dirección de envío.

Lo normal es que venga en la caja, la mía es como la de @Warxky y venía pegada en un lateral. Eso es habitual.

A mi me han hecho un favor, la verdad, que iba a ir muy justo y mi idea era cerrarlo el mismo día 30 de julio. Por otro lado, cuidado los que como yo, subieron su dólar a un full pledge en el anterior MU una vez ya cerrado el PM, que ya avisan que en este no se podrá hacer. Una vez se cierre el PM parece que se cerró completamente para todo cristo.

¿Nadie comenta lo de Noruega? XD Bueno, como no soy Noruego, también me la pela...pero con lo del IVA más lo de que CMON ha cancelado los pledges de Noruega y decidido que los noruegos no podrán volver a entrar en un proyecto suyo...Europa como que cada vez importa menos a CMON...

Un señor dice:

"Why did Norway change legislation rules as CMON state in the update? They didnt! I have been in contact with Norwegian custom and all Norwegian couriers. They all say the same. There are no new rules regarding shipping to private persons in Norway since 01.01.2020. Then why do CMON say it then? Well they actually dont anymore. After people called their bullshit they have now switched to saying its difficult to deliver to Norway.

Why is it difficult? Because they (CMON/ShipQuest) have started using PostNord as a courier to Norway. A courier that should not exist because they are useless and do so many mistakes. Their problems started with them not adding Norwegian social security numbers of the recivers on the packages (a rule that has been in affect since 2004!). Most couriers have a system if this information is missing where they hold the package and request it from the recivers. They also have databases where they allready have the number so it dont actually have to be on the package. PostNord didnt have any of this and just sent a bounch of packages back when they reaced Sweden. This is the only problem they have encountered. I actually tipped ShipQuest by mail that this could be the problem back in early May and got an answer back that it was confirmed by PostNord that this was indeed the problem. After this ShipQuest have not deared to send more packages in huge bulk.

Meanwhile other couriers have no problem shipping to Norway and CMON also manage to do it if they really want to. I have recived Bloodborn in February 2021 and a friend recived Marvel United in July. CMON dont want to fix their issues with their current courier and their easiest and crappy solution is to block Norway forever.

Fair? I would say no, not when there are two possible solutions to the problem. 1.) They could switch to a better courier making us pay more for shipping possibly. That would be totaly okay to not having to deal with PostNord. 2.) CMON can register with the Norwegian Tax System (VOEC scheme) collect VAT in the pledge manager like they allready do for all EU countries and dont have to deal with any custom as the package enters Norway.

They dont want to hear any of these solutions. I have said it multiple times to their customer service allready only to hear back that its difficult.

If they dont want to ship to Norway then say so. Don't hide behind rules that dont exist or refuse to give a better answer than "its difficult"."

Creo que Noruega no es un estado miembro de la Unión Europea, por lo que, sí, físicamente están en el continente europeo, pero en lo que a efectos de coste de los envíos, igual es como si no lo estuviera. He encontrado un hilo en Reddit en el que hablan sobre el tema, y veo algunos comentarios acerca de que enviar envíos de Kickstarters a Noruega se está volviendo complicado:

Aquí un comentario del hilo respecto a las dificultades para enviar Kickstarters a Noruega; según esta persona (que dice trabajar en "una compañía mucho más pequeña que CMON") en el 2020 enviar un paquete de 4 kilos a Noruega costaba unos 40 $ y la opción que encontraron más barata para enviar componentes de reemplazo rondaba los 30 $. Eso significaba que cada envío de componentes de reemplazo les hacía perder los beneficios de varias ventas del juego principal.

Back in 2020 it was already about $40 to ship 4kg into Norway (it may be higher now I don't know). We were a much smaller company than CMON but we did offer this option and it did end up biting us a little. In theory if the backers are willing to pay this amount it shouldn't matter, right? Well not quite.

Due to the nature of mass production/shipping any game is going to have the occasional defect or shipping damage. The cheapest possible option for mailing a replacement part into Norway in 2020 was about $30. That means that if we needed to replace a single cube, that is what it cost us. I don't know CMONs profit margins, but ours were not $30 or even close. That means for every replacement that we needed to make to Norway, we were essentially losing multiple sales worth of income. Considering shipping to Norway is high enough to scare away a lot of backers, opening that supply channel only to lose money is a scary proposition.

Not trying to defend CMONs action here necessarily, just giving a bit of context on the hidden costs of running a global KS campaign.

PD. El comentario colgado por @Nachimcorn es precisamente el mensaje inicial del hilo de Reddit que enlazo, y no lo contradice necesariamente. Puede que los gastos de envío a Noruega hayan sido siempre especialmente costosos y al mismo tiempo los de CMON mintieran como bellacos al decir que se había producido un cambio en la legislación noruega.

PDD. Veo en el hilo de Reddit otro comentario acerca de que CMON tuvo problemas con los envíos a Noruega del "Marvel United" debido a que faltaba incluir un número de la seguridad social (si he entendido bien, el del receptor) en los envíos. Puede que debido a esto los envíos del "Marvel United" a Noruega hayan sido especialmente problemáticos y CMON ha decidido no desentenderse de ese país.

The best solution as I see it is if CMON register in the Norwegian Tax System (VOEC Scheme) and collect tax through their pledge manager. That way they will be able to send packages straight through custom with the correct paperwork.

I know for a fact that CMON and ShipQuest did manage to send an All-In Marvel United to a guy in Tromsø after 2 July this year, once he sent them his Social security number and some tickets asking for the package (he sent me all screenshots of mails and packages). Its possible, no law changes, no real difficulties. Just a huge screw up using a shitty courier and missing declaration information.

Como dice el citado, es lo que pasa con trabajar con compañias cutres y no serias. Y no escuchar las soluciones que te dan tus propios clientes...
