Ahora sinceramente. Si de 1800 juehos europeos aseguran que se han entregado todos menos 70, que creéis que ha pasado?

La empresa está siendo muy clara y llevan insistiendo a la empresa de reparto más de una semana sin respuesta. A mi eso me suena a que están en otro continente o ni existen o se han perdido o yo que sé... quizás los han usado sin darse cuenta para reemplazos

Si algún juego tiene que perderse, que sea The Faceless, que tampoco parece que vaya a ser la nueva pólvora 

Jo que mala suerte.... a ver qué dicen porque si ya han entregado a todos los demás sí que tendrán que ir ofreciendo alguna solución a los que quedamos

Le he vuelto a escribir a Emiliano y muy diligentemente me ha constestado lo siguiente:

here is the answer we received yesterday evening from Charry:

"We double checked the open parcels. Most of them have an open status at the parcel service. That means that it has to be checked if they got lost or where exactly they are.

We sent the open amount of parcels out again today so that all of them should receive a tracking mail the next days with details of their package."

So, in a concrete way, they told us to have shipped again all pending EU orders, and that you will receive the tracking mail in the next days. I cannot go in Germany in their warehouse to control this statement, so I hope that this time everything will be fine. I am also asking to you to inform us when you will receive the tracking mail, this time it should happen very soon.

Parece que al menos están en ello y que han vuelto a reenviar los envíos pendientes de la UE. Que por favor les informemos cuando nos llegue el tracking. Crucemos los dedos...

No. Pero si el mensaje que me mandó ayer es correcto, deberíamos tener un tracking en poco tiempo. Yo le voy a dar unos días y si la cosa sigue igual, insistiré.

"today we will get you all information and we will finish all deliveries that are pending".
