Bueno, se sabe que será un Cthluhu Wars refinado (mejorado según el autor, aunque después irá a gustos, como todo). Así que si te gusta el CW, te gustará este muy muy muy probablemente. Yo si supiera que lo iba a jugar regularmente lo pillaba con los ojos cerrados, pero el 90% de los días que juego somos 2, y cuando somos 3 o más pues la mayoría de las veces jugamos a algo más light (por no andar explicando etc etc).

Aunque el CW me hice una versión P&P y sí que le he dado, así que igual al final...

Yo como no pillé el CW scasi seguro ke cae este, además, mimprimera partida de rol fue en el mundo de Glorantha. Que recuerdos aquellos

Algo de eso he leído por ahí, que es un CW con cartas de eventos y tal. Mr. Sandy cada vez se va aproximando más al concepto del Caos en el Viejo Mundo, a ver si acierta de una vez y saca pronto la versión 2.0 y me pillo las minis 

Confirmado pues que hasta dentro de unas semanas, nanai, no?

To clarify what we will be offering:

1) of course, the core game, containing the Chaos, Darkness, Storm, and Sky factions, for a total of 36 plastic figures (Cthulhu War sized) and 37 die-cut cardboard buildings, a huge map (bigger than Cthulhu Wars), and of course everything else you'd expect.

2) the first player marker. Not sure yet whether she's going to be a Kickstarter freebie for those who buy in, but it's possible. She's pretty fabulous looking. For those who know the mythology, it's Arachne Solara AKA the Goddess Glorantha.

3) the Empire box, containing the Invisible God, Sea, and Earth factions, for a total of 32 plastic figures, and 26 die-cut cardboard buildings, plus more stuff. (If you are wondering where the Moon faction is, she's a stretch goal.)

4) Three Elder Race packs, each containing 3 Elder Races, typically 3 plastic figures apiece. These are comparatively cheap. The Elder Races function a bit like the Neutral Monsters in Cthulhu Wars, except they physically start on the map, and you have to travel to their area and engage in diplomacy to acquire them. Also you can only have one Elder Race ally, so choose carefully.

5) Three Monster packs, each containing 2 humongous monsters. The Monsters change the overall map's effects, and are most like the Watcher (Yuggoth map) or the Librarian (Library of Celaeno map) from Cthulhu Wars. No one is ever their "friend".

6) the Building box, which contains 63 plastic buildings to replace those nice die-cut counters we provided. So I guess this is the "bling box".

1- La caja básica, que contiene las facciones del Caos, Oscuridad, Tormentas y Cielo. 36 figuras de plástico, 37 edificios de cartón (die-cut) y un mapa más grande que el de CW.
2 - El marcador de primer jugador (no se sabe si será gratis o no): Arachne Solara aka the Goddes Glorantha.
3 - La caja de Imperio, que contiene las facciones del Dios Invisible, Mar y Tierra. 32 figuras de plástico, 26 edificios y más (la facción de la Luna será un SG)
4 - Tres packs de razas antiguas. Cada pack trae 3 razas con (normalmente) 3 minis. Estas razas son rollo los monstruos neutrales del CW pero empiezan ya sobre el terreno (para el que conozca el CW).
5 - 3 packs de monstruos, cada uno con 2 monstruos. Cambiarán reglas en el mapa.
6 - Y por último el pack de edificios, que contiene las minis de los 63 edificios, para reemplazar los tokens.

Yo si entro, que me va a costar xD, creo que la caja básica (si incluyen la facción de la Luna) va bastante bien. Igual añadirle un pack de raza antigua y otro de monstruos por tener algo más de variedad. Aunque todo dependería de costes y tal, a nada que empieces a sumar al final te sale mejor el megapack de 350$

Me dejaba el de las razas antiguas, que también puede estar bien.

Espero no tener que pillarme el de 350$ porque es un pasitizal de la hostia.

Lo que tengo pensado es pillarme el básico durante la campaña y en el pledge manager pillar algún add-on.

Esto es lo que puso Sandy Petersen en la BGG:

current plan is for the core game to cost $100 on the Kickstarter. THIS MIGHT CHANGE, as our pricing estimates are not yet complete (how can they be? Not all the figures are even sculpted!) So please do not hold me to this.

Anyway, our current plan is:

$100 - Core Game 36 figures (on Kickstarter - probably more in retail)

$100 - Empire Box 35 figures or 44 with stretch goals (includes all the expansion factions, plus the 6-8 player map)

$50 - Building Box 63 figures, or 72 with stretch goals (includes miniatures for the buildings, to replace the die-cut counters found in the core game & empire box - also, this is the likeliest cost to change, since we have the weakest estimate on it)

$25 each - three Monster packs; 2 figures each or 3 each with stretch goals

$25 each - three Elder Race packs 25 total figures, or 32 total with stretch goals (most of the Elder Races are 3 figures. The Dragonewt & stretch goal Giant, however, are only a single figure.)

Total - $400. However, no doubt we will have an "everything" pledge which will discount off of this, so the final price for the equivalent of our DVM is probably going to be in the neighborhood of $350.

Again, this is all subject to change, and it's possible we'll be told that we have to add $20 to the core game, or $40 to the Building Box or who knows what. Or we might be able to knock $5 off the Monster packs. But it looks, for now, like it will certainly be far less expensive than Cthulhu Wars, thanks to our hard-won experience and our success in finding a manufacturer who can work with and for us.

Note that it will STILL be a monster game. If we hit all our stretch goals (which I think most likely), then someone who gets the "everything" pledge is going to have to find storage for 193 figures, not counting any OTHER stretch goals I've not listed above (like the Arachne Solara first player marker, or the Magic Crystal "talking stick", etc.)

If the project does well enough, we'll add back in the War Gods pack, Magic Gods pack, and Secret Gods pack as add-ons. These hold 8 gods each (well, the Invisible God's figures in these packs are not, technically, "gods" - instead they are the Prophet Malkion, Zzabur the First Wizard, etc.). If we do add in these packs, this is where you'll be able to get figures of gods such as the Storm Bull, Cacodemon, and Babeester Gor.
