El pledge manager lo acaban de abrir, pero nosotros vamos fuera del pledge manager porque había que hacerlo fuera de KS. Si hay suficente gente interesada en añadirse al pedido, podría preguntar para añadir más copias.

Como he comentado más arriba, en este pedido se ha hecho fuera de KS, así que no tengo acceso a las actualizaciones. Es raro que no haya metido ni siquiera $1 porque siempre lo hago en estos casos para estar al tanto, pero esta vez se me ha ido completamente.

A ver si encuentro algo por ahí sobre la actualziación.

Hi everyone,

this is a lengthy update, so here is an overview:

we improved some graphics after the campaign
we received the pre-production copy and approved it
we produced a third sample of the Mary Stuart coin and love it
mass production started, we are still within our timeline
English and German rulebooks are done, Dutch and Italian almost and more languages are coming!
Pledge Manager is open, so you can upgrade your pledge!
Improved Graphics

During the campaign I received a lot of constructive feedback and some recommendations for improvement. After the campaign we implemented the feedback and tweaked some graphics.





One backers told me that the icon for free land could be more intuitive. So we added a "0" coin to indicate that the land is for free.



Another backer told me the technology tiles could be more thematic. So we added the following icons: axe --> two person saw; pickax --> dynamite. It really adds to the thematic flavor.


Pre-production Copy

I approved the pre-production copy so mass production already started.

We tweaked the metal coin model for Mary Stuart to see if we can further improve upon the first two samples we received.

Our manufacturer produced a third sample and it looks fabulous, a big improvement over the first two samples of the face side. The face looks very realistic now and has great depth.

These coin samples are not colored yet, the special color will make the coins look old. As mentioned in the last update we will use the same colors as the metal coins in Viticulture and Scythe.

We are still within our timeline, so we should be able to start fulfillment in October if nothing unexpected happens.

Rulebooks

The German and English rulebooks are final. The Dutch translation is done as well and only needs to be inserted into the layout. The Italian translation is almost done, too. I will soon coordinate with translators for further languages such as Spanish, French and possibly even more.

Pledge Manager

The pledge manager is finally open! It took much longer than expected to set it up because their support team was struggling with sick leave.

The pledge manager allows you to manage your pledge, to indicate your shipping address and potentially upgrade your pledge to a premium copy or add additional copies or sets of metal coins.

Each backer can pledge for a maximum of 2 copies of the game (either version or a mix of both versions), and up to four additional sets of metal coins.

How can I reduce my shipping cost? 

Shipping fee applies only once per pledge, no matter how many items you pledged for. This is how you can reduce your relative shipping cost significantly. If your shipping fee is 6€ and you pledged for the standard game at €39, your shipping cost is about 15% of your actual pledge. If you upgrade to 2 premium copies at €59 each instead, your shipping cost will drop by a factor of 3 to only 5% of your actual pledge and by adding additional metal coins can drop even further.

Step by Step

After having chosen your country you are asked if you want to keep your reward or upgrade.

Ahora que el pledge manager está abierto, ¿quien estaría interesado en entrar ahora en el megapedido?

A mi me interesa, pero no es posible la edición deluxe no?

Como decía un poco más arriba, si puede ser, a mi me gustaría entrar también.

Si aparecen al menos 6 más, se pueden pedir más copias sin problemas.

Haz una lista si quieres o un nuevo post para un re-pedido, a ver si hay gente suficiente. Yo podría estar interesado así que creo que ya somos 3 al menos pero de necesita más visibilidad para que la gente pueda apuntarse.
