Menos mal. Viendo el mensaje que te han mandado, @Manchi, es que tardan menos diciendo qué no infringen...

Las luces rojas iniciales, se tornaron en una alarma muy sonora, que tras detectarse múltiples plagios en su proyecto (reglas, definición de su empresa, párrafos enteros en su campaña y hasta el logo de la empresa) explotaron y KS le ha echado el cerrojo.

HQ26 a la vista. KS ha suspendido el proyecto a falta de poco más de 24h, dado que el número de gili****** (sin acritud) que mantenían su aportación (e incluso había nuevos!!!) habría conseguido financiar el proyecto.  Pero no se vayan todavía, que aún hay más...

The Company is registered in Canada since our benefactor we who lent us the initial funds to get the game developed is from here. The game and everything was developed in Pakistan where we live but all three of us have been here in Toronto ever since this campaign started. If the project gets funded, we will fly back and arrange for everything from hometown and comeback when the production is complete
2a. Who is the third party vendor you hired to arrange your rules
There is no third party vendor Paul. Humayun made the game and he can barely write two sentences in English. I helped them out with a story and moved on since I have a challenging full time day job. Humayun and Tipu when this campaign was being designed sought the help of this friend who had studied from US to write campaign content and convert Humayun's scribbles into a coherent rulebook. Pakistani people have a knack for sticking with the community so Humayun agreed paid the guy and did this. When I took over the communication after coming to Toronto I realized late during the campaign what had been done. It was my idea to use Neil as a collaborator because I wanted him to double check if the rulebook written by our freelancer was up to the mark or not. Poor Neil had no idea nor did any one of us. You know the rest of the story.

The moment we got the copy in our inbox, we published it. It sounded technical like rulebooks should and appeared and since we were releasing only part of it we uploaded it immediately because there was too much pressure mounting on us from the backers.

As I said earlier, the content guy who freelanced for Humayun did all that, took his money and went away. We know the guy but cant do anything to him since he is protected by our community's laws.

Paul, Humayun is a creator nothing more. To make this game he left this job got the money from our benefactor because you can see that we have full functional models boards and stuff ready. The money he borrowed was used for equipment, workshop marketing etc. I took an unpaid months leave from work just to come here to Canada and get this done. We cancel now, Humayun and Tipu loses everything. That is the reason we didn't want too many backers to begin with and used a limited funding goal so that we could execute the project in peace and properly start our career as game makers. Now the only way to clear our name is to make the game, deliver it and tell everyone that we are not what we are being portrayed as.
See the gameplay videos and fathom yourself how different the game play and feel from MD. Our content guy twisted it all so much that we couldn't see the difference and led us to this situation.
Paul we are not businessmen. We are creative people. Rusty with language skills (Humayun specially) but we did create a world in Overturn that everyone has ignored now. We will do business after we are done with this game. But this game is everything to us.
At this point I know whatever it is we do will create controversy so we will just wait for this to get over and see if we are going home are if we have a game to our credits. I don't expect you or anyone else to empathize with us, but here is the truth all of it and that's all we have to give you.

Its some of the things that have been said to us on the comments section that cut us really really deep. If you wish to do something for us, let people know that we dont deserve that kind of language or slurs because we maybe fools, but not what many are portraying us as.

Lo más sospechoso de todo es la aparición en escena del misterioso "benefactor" canadiense. Me está recordando a Half-Life 2...

Eso sí, de las preguntas 5 y 6 no se sabe nada...y lo mejor es la actitud victimista que han adoptado en plan "nos da igual perder mecenas a cascoporro. Lo que nos duele es lo que nos han dicho por aquí (KS). Podemos ser unos idiotas, pero no somos lo que la gente dice de nosotros". Hombre, yo creo que hacerse el inocente después de haber fusilado medio juego de cuatro o cinco sitios distintos es como mínimo llamar imbéciles a la gente.

Me ha venido a la cabeza esta canción XD

Quiero que aparezcan ahora esos que nos tacharon algunos de alarmistas 

La iban a liar gorda, robo a mano armada, lo que me temo es que el caco aprenda a utilizar KS y finalmente nos metan un gol, no siempre cometeran los mismos errores, y no siempre estaremos alertas...desde hace un tiempo que los proyectos de minis mueven millones de dolares y eso no pasa desapercibido.

Tambien hay q aclarar que no se ha suspendido por las luces rojas que se comentaban por aqui en un principio, ha sido a partir del plagio, y eso queridos mios no os disteis cuenta ninguno, sin acritud y besitos 

 La suerte ha sido que uno de sus mayores clientes en el tema de juegos también se quejara (CMON), aún así les ha costado cerrar el chiringuito.
Muy cachonda la firma del mensaje que ha posteado Manchi, "Equipo de integridad de Kickstarter".

Buuuu!!!! Perilla no seas malo!!!! Que dicen bien claro lo siguiente:

-"Las metas del proyecto no son reales o las declaraciones no tienen una intención genuina de crear o compartir".


Eso se puede interpretar como que la relación entre el dinero que pedían y lo que ofrecían, no cuadraba. Amos, mucho material por poca pasta.

Yo creo que por ahí pueden a dar los tiros. Se les ha quejado CMON y no es plan de tener a una empresa que te deja muchísima pasta al año cabreada.
